Blizzard has updated their minimal required spec to include 100GB storage space for both SSDs and hard drives. Howeverthey warn players that performance of your hard drive might impact Shadowland's gaming experience.
In a sudden turn of events, Blizzard has announced that World of Warcraft Shadowlands currently requires a 100GB SSD for a minimum requirement, but does that mean you can not run the game with a regular spinning hard disk? A few Shadowlands beta testers have reported that running the game in an HDD hasn't affected their gameplay or performance in any substantial way.
However, it is probably a great idea to run this game in an SSD anyhow (here is our list of Greatest SSDs). If you have a look at games like Call of Duty Modern Warfare that do not need an SSD but have very large storage requirements, the game is playable but you'll encounter painfully long loading times. You can also potentially experience"hitching" in which the HDD is not fast enough to flow assets in real time.
Purchasing an SSD should not be a big problem for most consumers -- nearly all new PCs and laptops include solid state storage. Additionally, with the purchase price of SSDs dropping exponentially over the past few years, grabbing a glistening new SSD just for Shadowlands will not break the bank for many budget players.
Unlike the modern sport, there's absolutely no official'looking for team' system that locates individuals to play with you and teleports all of you to the dungeon. Instead, you're search for party members in chat channels in major towns or in your guild, and you may all fly or operate together to the dungeon that you want to do. And you will have to move there -- in the first days of Classic, there'll not be a summoning stones in the instances themselves.
Quests for Classic dungeons come from outside quest lines, typically from the zones where the dungeons are located. In some later dungeons you'll find quests inside, but that practice did not really begin in earnest until the LFG system was created. This implies that if you want to do dungeons while leveling, you will often complete a zone , then attempt to find a group for this zone's dungeon.
