It's crazy how small dialogue is in this game compared to Animal Crossing Bells every one of the previous games. Like, it feels like the intent was to spot in dialog post-launch, but then just forgot about it.
New Horizons actually has the more conversation than any other AC game. I think you just don't find it just as much since they prioritise making your villagers discuss what you've been around, such as burying bells or digging up fossils.
It does? Not to come off as rude but have you got a source? The dialogue truly feels more stale compared to NL and I have played more than NH.
And to add on to this, they get all Mean Girls on you, should you talk to them a lot of. Like, I don't play to get my feelings hurt, therefore I try to not talk to my villagers more than 1-2 times every day. _.
I love when Folks whine that the dialogue is insistent and somebody always has to come out of the woodwork to say"don't worry I browse online from some random person that this game really has the most dialogue ever" like that's supposed to be useful lol
They do add more dialogue post launching however. Dialogue has been inserted for every single event

A fantastic way to see unique dialogue will be to play at various times of the day. For example Snooty villagers have more Varied dialogue at midday.
I am new to it, but I am not really comprehending the hype. The development is so slow and it feels just like the primary mechanisms are"gather these things, sell a few, wait until you can collect more things." Am I missing something, or doing something wrong? I have paid off two loans up to now, planted my money like 5 times. Only one shrub has given me money back however
First week kinda stinks if you are not utilized this style of Cheap Nook Miles Ticket game since they dripfeed items and mechanics. After that you kinda locate your own fun. Most like overhauling their island and obtaining all of the fish/bugs looking for the month
