Building a 14 kilometer ropeway in Shimla | rhimachal
14 KM ropeway network will be ready connecting 15 stations of Shimla. World's second and India's first project (Shimla Ropeway Network). This will help in reducing vehicular congestion in Shimla city.The implementation of Shimla Innovative Urban Transport Ropeway Project was discussed in the meeting. The Chief Minister said that the state government would provide all possible assistance for this project. He said that the approval of multilateral funding for this project should be expedited by the end of November, 2023.
