Blizzard Entertainment's Diablo 4 Gold launched very recently and it seems that players have already discovered several issues with the video game. People's opinions about Diablo 4's uncapped microtransactions is being shared online, while cheating has already been spotted in players' PVP aspect. Diablo 4's launch week looked to be off to an interesting beginning. Though some of the game's servers, specifically those located in Southeast Asia, were not available at the time of its June 2 release date, Diablo 4 launched early on mobile devices. On the Diablo4 subreddit User FamousWrongdoer created a thread where they shared the moment they opened their game only to discover that their resource packs seemed to have disappearing in a flash. These resource packs are needed before beginners can start playing Diablo 4. and often contain large files because of the volume of data they hold. The community can only imagine the frustration of the Redditor who has to download these files over and over again so they can continue where they started in their game. According to FamousWrongdoer they've attempted several times to use the option of repair for the client in game however they haven't had any luck finding a solution to their game.
One of the comments on the thread of a Redditor shared the issue that occurred to them after they had cleared the game's cache on their device. The problem was resolved when they re-downloaded the whole game again. It seems that FamousWrongdoer is not alone Diablo 4 player that is not getting their resource packs. There are many other threads in the subreddit subreddit that discuss the same Diablo 4 issue. The moment is the most commonly used solution is for players to re-download Diablo 4 on their devices.
With Blizzard confronting a number of issues in Diablo 4 beyond quality-of-life fixes the team may take some time in coming out with patch updates to help resolve these problems.
