A home reflects the quiet choices made over time—the books on the shelves, the light through the windows, and the textiles beneath our feet. An authentic oriental rug serves as a quiet center for daily life, offering rich texture, physical warmth, and a subtle connection to artistic heritage.

Who We Are

Six Vintage Rugs is a boutique studio specializing in the sourcing and preservation of antique and vintage textiles. Founded by design enthusiasts with an eye for historic detail, our brand focuses on bringing warmth and authenticity to modern interiors. We believe that surrounding oneself with handcrafted objects fosters a calm, grounded, and welcoming home environment.

What We Offer

Our collection features curated floor coverings suited to diverse spatial requirements and visual aesthetics. Options include soft, muted tones ideal for quiet bedrooms, deeply saturated rich reds and blues for dramatic dining rooms, and durable, tight-weave runners designed for entryways and kitchens. Every piece is washed, restored if necessary, and presented with complete clarity regarding its age and character.

When It’s Useful

• Curating a Personal Aesthetic: Building an interior layer by layer with unique, non-standard furnishings.

• Warmth for Cold Seasons: Elevating indoor comfort during cooler months with thick, natural wool fibers.

• Layering Rugs: Combining a smaller vintage textile over a larger neutral base rug for added dimension.

• Gifting for Milestones: Marking housewarmings, weddings, or major home achievements with an enduring heirloom.
